Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sofuto Solutions LLP, a United Kingdom Limited Liability Partnership (Companies House registration OC454766) with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”), governing your access to and use of WeRepost (the “Service”), accessible at werepost.ai.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WeRepost.

Description of the Service

WeRepost provides tools for automated cross-posting of your social media content across connected platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The Service allows you to connect your social media accounts and automatically repost content from one platform to others.

Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use WeRepost.
You must own or have full authorization to use any social media account you connect to WeRepost.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Connecting Social Media Accounts

When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube account, you authorize WeRepost to access and post content on your behalf via each platform's official OAuth API. We do not store your social media passwords. You may revoke this authorization at any time through each platform's security or connected-apps settings.

Your use of connected social media platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service. We are not responsible for any action taken by TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook in response to your use of their platforms through our Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use WeRepost only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to post, distribute, or promote content that:

Is illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent;
Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse;
Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
Is defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading;
Violates the terms of service of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other connected platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and Payments

Freemium model

WeRepost offers a free tier with limited features. Premium features are available through paid subscription plans.

Billing

Payments are processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked, for purchases made through Paddle. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you create and post through WeRepost. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

Our platform

WeRepost, including its application code, design, branding, and all related materials, is owned exclusively by Sofuto Solutions LLP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

License to operate

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, and transmit your content solely to the extent necessary to provide the cross-posting functionality you have requested.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY POSTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOFUTO SOLUTIONS LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of engagement, followers, or revenue on any social media platform;
Account suspension or restriction by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform;
Any loss of data or content;
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sofuto Solutions LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to WeRepost at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident in the European Union retain the rights afforded to them by applicable mandatory law in their country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service.
